Very well done. Learned something as a German. I missed some emphasis on learning the language though. And you should consider that most of those benefits are needed for the costs kids cause: school items, clothes, tickets, bigger and more expensive apartments, maybe a bigger car and last not least kids want to eat as well. And usually one of the parents is busy keeping watch of the kids and can not work/earn money.
