A Canadian actor and a US actor regularly come together for their annual showbiz. Last year one of them provoked an uncalled-for 'unprofessional manoeuve' when they barged their military machines near the Chinese borders so that the other actor could make it a big fuss during the Shangri-la Dialogue.
