i feel like you get this a lot, but if you were to go to different companies (lets say fast food chain wise) and tried negotiating salary, wouldn't they just hire someone else? i get that a lot of fast food business need help now, but would it really be worth trying to negotiate with a fast food place that only has lets say, 3 or 4 people going in per shift?
