I would suggest use medilice hair cream .
One wash and its done. All lice and nits are removed.

You can use lice comb easily. Well I want to give some advice which I have followed. Within 2 days lice and eggs totally removed. Use Medicare oil and shampoo as well with this comb. Literally I caught one lice in the comb and many more eggs as well. One other thing is caster oil, coconut oil and patnajali neo neem oil. Mix it well and apply on your hair. Rest it for 1 hour. Than comb with this one. After wash your hair with any anty dandruff shampoo.

If you'll Vaseline(petroleum jelly) in your hair it will kill all the lice and nits but no matter how much you try to wash it out it will not come out so you can put onetea spoun baking soda in your shampoo and let it set for 5 to 10 min and then wash it and Vaseline will be out of your hair completely
