"the only person who should get huskies is someone who loves it when women are mean to them" is so funny 😭😭😭

I already know Im not a husky person 😂 but I love them. My fave comment on a husky vid was “Ah yes, the husky. My favorite dog to watch other people have” 🥰

Bold of him to assume that my house is clean before huskies. Might as well make it worse.

Dude! The customer service voice is perfect. Especially when you say "I'm so tired 😀"

my bf had a husky before we started dating. I've inherited something as smart and willful as a human child without having to give birth.

Don't forget that your neighbors will never get sleep because huskies love singing there Ancient songs and 3 in the morning 😂😂

I had a husky who was somehow both an old soul and a little shit. This dog was so smart that he knew I was too drunk to stop him from taking my pizza off the table. Maintained solid eye contact with me the entire time, slowly dragged the pizza off the plate, then backed away and ate the whole slice of deep dish right in front of me 😂

I could walk him off leash and tell him in a casual voice, "Don't go around the corner, if you run off where I can't see you then you're gonna have to go back on the leash, " and he would stop until he calculated that I could see around the corner, then take off again.

I miss him so much. He had just turned 15 when his hips gave out and he let us know it was time. I bought him his own deep dish pizza that day and let him have as much as he wanted. Loved you so much, Remus. You were the best boy 💔

I have a husky and a border collie. Two breeds that fit well together, the husky is build for insurance, the border collie for sprints. They tire each other out really nicely. They're with me all day at the ranch, so i don't need to walk 8 miles on a leash with them.
Yes my house is hairy, and I'm probably deaf from the 'singing', but they're wonderful dogs. Still i believe they belong in experienced hands.

don’t get a doodle. My doodle is basically just a husky in a doodle suit. She yells at me when I don’t give her what she wants and will bark at anything and anyone that doesn’t live in our house.

Don't get a doodle. Doodles don't listen. Get a golden a lab, a poodle.

Doodles do NOT listen. Take it from someone who worked with dogs for years.

Please don't get a doodle without doing research! A lot of people get them without realizing how high maintenance their coats can be, fail to desensitize them to grooming, and don't go to the groomer until the dog is already an unruly adult that some groomer are resusing to accept into their salon now. Also, if you're willing to do the work required to maintain the coat, I'd just get a Bichon Frise. A lot more consistent personality and no risk of getting a dog that has a coat more golden/lab/ect than poodle and having to give it up due to allergies.

Every dog requires grooming, training, and exercise, though to varying degrees, please make sure you're getting a dog that matches your lifestyle.

In terms of huskies, I had one growing up, and he was fantastic, but I would never get one as an adult. They're too much... everything.

As a person who bathes Huskies and doodles all the time, I can definitely say that Huskies are usually the better behaved ones, but you will never not have hair on you/your home.

We ended up with a pure bred Siberian from a shelter rescue when i was a kid. We had always wanted one bit they were so expensive, and there she was. $40 and cowering at the back of the kennel looking lost. We weren't there to get a dog. We were grieving the loss of our soul dog and went to walk rescues and feel better. But there she was. We took her on a walk and she came alive.
She was a walking life lesson in unconditional love and boundaries. It's been almost 20 years since she passed and I still miss her. I see glimpses of her when my cat screams at me, or runs off to frolic with the neighborhood strays. I still have her paw print taken by the vet the day she passed. I don't think I will ever have another husky, but I'm glad I had one in my life growing up. The walks. The absolutely ENDLESS walks. I really don't know where we found the time.

Binging happy frolicking husky videos to try to cheer myself up. Last night we made the difficult decision that it's Time. My first ever solely owned dog (one that didn't belong to my parents) is 15 now, had a plethora of health problems, and I don't want her to be in pain every day for the rest of her limited life. I'm an absolute mess...so more huskies shenanigans, please!

Sounds like a good dog for introverts. If I had my way, I’d never leave the house. But, I have dogs. (Both rescues, a pit and a newish puppy hound dog that my husband found starving). This way, everyday I’m forced to go outside and get some sunshine and interact with some people besides my close family. Annoying? Yes, sometimes, but I noticed a huge positive difference in my mental health. It’s good for me to HAVE to go outside and go on walks. Plus, they make me happy with how silly and loving they are.
