Here's an interesting way to practice dragon rolls (DR) on both sides, while emphasizing body rotation. You can make this more intense by squaring your hips and rotating only from the upper body.

Make sure that the back hand doesn't go into the sneak position. Alternating Underhand Sneaks are actually less demanding on your mobility, and the back hand will intuitively try to sneak.

CAUTION: make sure you start slowly, and pay attention to how your knees feel. Stop if if you any pain. Or make it less intense by pivoting your feet more.
