I'm going to be getting a 2014 Toyota aygo for my first car soon and was just wondering is insurance group 7e good or not

Yes, I understand that to a point. I have been fully Insured since the age of 16 I am now 80 have never made a claim with an excellent record . I am in full health good eyesight with glasses. mentally alert etc. I have just taken the theory test and passed 100%. and my Insurence has double this year WHY? its just not fair, all I get is oap pension. nobody is banning me from driving. but it is a dirty trick to price us off the road. how do I get my shopping? and all the other necessary journeys I have to make, are you the government going to come and collect us all. to go where we need to be at a given time. that will be more billions of £s .for the public to find.

£2000 premium how about a £200 premium so that every one can at the very least afford to drive in the first place

Do I get a refund if I paid for a full years worth of insurance and I sell that car and buy another one?
