I started to buy mackerel to add with sardines. Are canned fish still good in daily consumption including skipjack tuna

True, I was plant based for long time and even with 4000 calories I was still really hungry, now I switch for animal based and I eat 1800-2100 and I am full and not hungry.

Daily I eat 14 boiled chicken eggs, along with 500g of banana, 200g of carrot, Boiled pulses 100g (green moongdal). This is my daily routine diet ❤ 😂. I weight 60kg, aged 49, BMI is normal. Almost 19 hours of fasting daily intermittently. 😅. 3 hours eating window
