Dr. Turel delves into the different neurological conditions that can lead to issues with balance and coordination, including brain tumors, accumulation of fluid within the brain, blood clots in the brain, and spine conditions like compression of the cervical spine, pain in the lumbar spine, and compression of nerve roots in the lumbar spine.

Additionally, Dr. Turel highlights vitamin B12 deficiencies and deficiencies of other minerals as potential causes of imbalance while walking. He stresses the importance of a thorough neurological examination of the brain to diagnose the root cause of these symptoms.

Very informative, however unless I walk very fast I feel off balance. Standing still is a struggle without swaying to keep on center. My legs muscles constantly working to stay balanced. It's exhausting!
