True genuine empathy is actually nearly impossible.
In fact the very term is beginning to lose its meaning.
Say, “I feel your pain!” To someone that is in real pain whether physical or emotional pain and see the reaction. You really don’t need empathy to help someone struggling. If you actually felt the pain that someone else felt, you would probably be as incapacitated as them.

This is great, but in the real world this is not taken in by the managers and supervisors. Most lack empathy at 💯 I lived this in a personal aspect. I had a manager straight out of hell named Marta, only stayed 2 years working along her. She's in the same place still, giving others hell as I've become a better version of myself as a leader.
