I've been under a lot of stress lately and i find these are amazing at leveling me out and releasing the knot of tension in my stomach.
For whoever is reading this.. Never forget there's always hope. I get stressed out a lot and anxious as its my nature to be this way.
But I'm learning to accept that and to find ways of making it easier on myself, like these beats or just being around family or going out into nature . Just gotta learn not to be so hard on myself for being hyper sensitive or emotional. We are what we are.
Life is full of ups and downs and it's easy to forget when we're so stressed, that we aren't alone. There's always someone out there. Even if we haven't met them yet.

I am listening to it right now and as I could feel the onset of anxiety slowly creeping in and increasing, the music surprisingly made me kill it. I won.
