Hey guys I just wanted to pop on here to say. Kurt is such a great spirtual teacher, I only had soul recognation this year but I watched all of Kurts video till I got to a stage where my soul started to ascended and the obsessive thoughts were no longer around and really it is a blessing when you get to a stage that you need a relationship with the person and you are just living your life and are at peace all the time and feeling great. When you get to a certain stage with your spirtual teacher you will never feel better. The ego thoughts are just a slight thing that may crop up once in a while, for me but it just got to a stage where they are just a thought in the back of my head. I am not triggered or anything. Y'all listen to Kurt and really start understanding what this journey is about and live your life. Thanks for everything you do Kurt.

Funny how you mentioned the soul mate. I attracted one but he turned out to be a disaster with his own ego issue. I was strong enough to repel with. I need to be in myself. My self journey. The soul mate just ended up triggering me and bring out my dark night of soul pain again. I was able to not think aboutmy twin but investing in the soulmate too early on was mistake. It was all of the romance and passion conditioning that got me messed up. I need to get to what it is true and meant be. Self soul searching. Your message could not have come at a good time. Just wanted to report that I've had a HUGE breakthrough! I was finally able to break my trauma bond from my ex covert narc. In doing that, I have been able to get into full alignment with mind, body, and soul. Now I have let go of the whole twin flame idea and released all expectations. I'm in receive mode and I'm just doing me and being present. Fully free 😍

Finally the verse I have always waited for validation from an expert. I have always been with the opinion that it has nothing to do with anyone if I am going through a certain phase in life. I just want to feel better for myself and get a better understanding of my true-self that I’ve felt and known was there for years but haven’t given my soul the proper attention that it deserves until my other self came along and pushed me to this point 😂 still not 100% positive that they are my other self but either way this course is something I need to be for myself 😌
