I only found out recently what a twin flame was. It made sense. I met mine 32 years ago as teenagers, dated 3 years mirroring each others anxieties, 4 years runner/chaser, then 25 years no contact while married and divorced other karmics. Now back together and it’s all the unconditional love and easy understanding minus any of the baggage. He feels like home to me and as natural as breathing. That’s it.

After I met my twin flame almost 2 years ago, first I experienced deja vu, next we both had a strong attraction, then I experienced ego death with the obsessive thinking about her, which caused her to run. For some reason I started watching tarot readings until I came across a channel that explained the polarity between me and my other self. Took the advice of transcendental meditation and I experienced a intense kundalini awakening one night where I awoke to pure bliss and a feeling that I was everything. At that point I realized my true self and connection to the creator of existence. I always knew I had another half out there since the time I was a child. I had dreams of my hubby's astrology chart for 2 1/2 years before we met, and I had one dream where I actually met him and dream-journaled about it.

After we met i had a massive spiritual re-awakening where I actually got stuck in a kundalini psychosis and had to go to a psychward for a bit.

I did not know that my "twin flame" was who he was when we met, but when we met it activated something so strongly to where i had to go get help, and I kept seeing visions of a soul splitting in two and representing me and another half.

After years of running after her, I decided one day - finally - to let it all go. Being at work I reclined deeply into my seat, relaxed completely and for a brief moment I recalled what I truely am: free and pristine and divine. That was it ! A power came through me, that defies any description. Soothing and vivid, duality was completely gone.
