1 1/2 SALT
1 1/2-2 CUPS MAPLE SYRUP
1 CUP OF COCONUT OIL
4 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

I could never do that cry it out thing. I guess that’s why I just held them till they fell asleep, and took a nap with them. But I loved every minute 🥰 A few years ago I became obsessed with food/ nutrition and it was too much, so I think you talking about going slow and having balance is great.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful video. Navigating “healthy eating” has become so overwhelming for me over the past few years with all the different diet style, ways of eating etc. I have felt so confused in how to go about nourishing my family and myself. Your talk about taking baby steps and implementing small things at a time was something I so needed to hear. LOVED this video 🤍

Love this video. I agree on the fact that we are to take charge of our health. Two things I do different and the way my family feels is amazing. 1: we drink raw milk from a local organic dairy farm. 2: we purchased a nutragrain mill and grind our own organic grains for fresh bread. Nurishing traditions by Sally Fallon is a good book.

That’s such a good tip to start small! And to leave out the sugar.

You always make your home so pretty. Josiah’s expressions and apprehension with drinking the juice was funny and adorable. In regards to the carrot juice, the information said carrots have special fibers- but, when vegetables are juiced, the fiber is removed. You would not get their benefits. I use have a juicer and did a lot of juicing, but realized I was throwing out great nutrients in the fiber that was removed. Just something to consider.
