There is a definite art to those coils .. I found it really hard to begin with .. although if have 2 loose ends at the end you can make it into a back pack coil

That's the stupidest thing I've ever seen. The butterfly coil method allows you to wear the rope like a backpack when done. Sensible right unlike this nonsense.
