I'm actually changing my major to Geosciences (Geology concentration) with a biology minor. I really want to be a paleontologist and always have, and after talking with a resident paleontologist at my uni the idea stuck hard. Basically just reversing my major/minor as Bio major with Geo minor is what I started as, which I slowly came to realize didn't really fit what I was after as Bio as a major is more tailored towards med and nursing students.

From my perspective I would rank Nurse Practitioner higher than Physician Assistant because in numerous states NPs can have their own private practice. I believe a Physician Assistant doesn’t have that option. I’m not sure but a FNP might be the comparable nursing role because they are generalists.
