I work Federal HR - Staffing. Most GS and WG jobs have entry level positions that just require a HS Diploma. The next step is 1 yr ( or sometimes more time as you get higher in the steps.) Also don’t forget, the military spends millions of dollars to send members to school and that training helps them get a job when they get out. Most do not have a degree, but have a wealth of knowledge and experience 🎉 Good luck everyone 😊

Right off the bat youre wrong brother. You still need a 4 year bachelors degree on top of all of your flight ratings to get hired by any major airliner aka making that $150k+ salary. Source; im a pilot.
