Excellent video again! But tbh, I think the problem is in the new technologies. We used to live in tribes with up to 150 people (Dunbar's number). Today we are connected to hundreds, even thousands and millions of people. We socialize less, chatting from our devices while being mostly alone. In my view there are certain biochemical reactions which are triggered while in direct company of another person because biology and survival shaped us this way. However, now we must adapt to the new conditions-more sedementary lifestyle with more computers. No wonder why so many people complain that there are so sad or depressed. We are just not prepared for this new technological era. Or at least not yet. I am staying positive that everything will turn out just fine for our species. 😬
