2. Build a plan - lifestyle, fitness, shyness to confidence, improve your appearance (ad, dollar shave club - ends 3:30). Everything needs to be planned.
3. Practice in front of the mirror - look at yourself and try to have a conversation with you, see gestures, facial expressions and adjust.
4. Remove thought of what's next - no one knows whats next, ask open ended questions, have 3 open questions.
