For people still building this, i had the issue of the farm working only during night time for some reason, even if i did everything as the video said. What fixed it for me was opening the 2 zombie trapdoors that were facing each villager side

should be noted that once the villagers are on in the beds, they immediately start building golems. it's best to get the zombie first so that the golems doesn't kill the zombie while you're trying to move them to the boat. unfortunately lost my hardcore world to a golem while trying to get the zombie to the boat.

What’s the benefit of using only two villager towers? If the iron golems spawn based on an area wouldn’t 4 towers be more efficient as long as they were symmetrical?
