Bonus: The glass walls for the villagers are purely decorational. Place Job sites there and leave a row empty so you can trade with your prisoners as well! [For a multi-purpose compact farm]

So I just built it in creative mode to see if it works and I built it exactly the same but it isn’t working no iron golems are spawning do I need to breed the villagers for it to work because it’s not working at all for me

If iron golems spawn outside of it, on the floor, put slabs within a 16 block radius so iron golems can’t spawn there.

This works so well. I recently started a multiplayer world and built this. It gives about 2 iron/min which is pretty good considering I don't even have full iron Armor yet.
