Man! I wish I had this in college.

I’d pay a pretty penny for all your recipes and shopping lists in a cookbook. Just sayin! Thank you for all you do!!

I want to thank you. I made the pierogi lasagne recipe for coffee hour at my church. I belong to a Russian Orthodox church and they make pierogies from scratch every month. The parishioners loved it and many complimented it, calling it deconstructed pierogies. That is high praise from these people.

I lived on dollar tree food for almost a month when I was homeless. Didn't have a stove or a skillet though. Had sternos for heat and a small saucepan. It's not fun, .. it's not gourmet dining, but you can survive on dollar tree food if you have to. Great video.

You have the best low cost recipes. I appreciate that the ingredients can be swapped out for folks with allergies.

I am really impressed with what you do with dollar tree food. There are other youtubers who cook with dollar tree food too, but your food looks the most appetizing.

FOR THE RAMEN PACKETS: Use it as broth for egg drop soup. All you need is those, water, a little cornstarch slurry, and beaten eggs. This pairs amazing with rice.

I'd use the extra water from cooking the ramen noodles to make the stir fry sauce. The extra starch might help it be a little saucier. Also, soft-boiled eggs would be a good protein replacement if someone can't get or doesn't want the potstickers.

I add a spoonful or two of peanut butter to my Ramen to get some flavor. Crunchy peanut butter is great too!

I enjoy and appreciate your recipes. I'm early 50's, lived with my widowed mom (77) and our cousin (64). Mom did all the cooking; she passed three years ago. Our cousin stayed living with me, but doesn't cook, so I assumed that duty.

In learning to budget economize, I've found that many grocery stores have markdown sections of baked goods, canned/dry goods, even dairy, meats & seafood. In my experience, discount selections are best in the morning, before lunchtime (and definitely before evening shoppers get all of whats left). Hope this helps someone too. Thanks. ❤️🙏
