As a Long Time Pasta Breaker, I approve of that 2nd Recipe. Personally I would add a little Corn Starch to the Chicken and Spices and I'd mix the Spices into the Chicken better, the Corn Starch makes a nice crispy crust (Ancient Chinese Secret).

Third recipe is gold because of the broth or flavor released from chicken thighs is richer than other chicken parts. I forgot u don’t need a meat tenderizer when u have fist that she was doing.

WOW...I made the chicken lemon parm dish. It was FANTASTIC! This is now my favorite dish. I never made anything like this. I swapped the 2 tbsp of mayo w/ greek yogurt. I will try the noodle recipe next.

Those dishes all look amazing! My husband always remembers his mom and sister grilling out salt and peppered chicken legs. Said that simple seasoning was the absolute best!
