You give me so much hope. I don’t have schizophrenia, I have bipolar disorder and I just experienced a horrible panic attack. There is mental illness in my family, my aunt has schizophrenia and I have grown up seeing her talking to invisible people. I have been scared my whole life that gradually I’ll become like her. And then eventually I started having my episodes. Seeing you gives me so much hope that we can make it. It just slowed down my racing heart.

If I had schizophrenia, and saw a “ghost” of a dead relative, idk what I’d do. They’d have to put me on constant observation I’d be so distraught.

I didn't mean ghost, I meant mind. When the mind becomes quiet, the world becomes true. You doesn't give up your mind for a while. That there are no ghosts, is clear, we aren't in the medievil

Demons do have the ability to shapeshift and deceive the people into thinking they are talking to friends, relatives, ect !!

Ghost are actually not dead people but demons. So if ur hallucinations are of people that are still alive, it doesn't disprove that they arent ghost considering demons can shape-shift.

I don't know. One time I had a hallucination about a boy with broken arm and bandaged head. I was just watching him running in the bus station and my first idea was: where are his parents, why is he bandaged and alone? And I kept watching him and he ran somewhere behind my back and I turned around and I saw an old man trying to open my backpack and I lost that boy from my sight. I don't know if it was a coincidence or the boy was real or not. The more I think about the more I don't understand... 😅

my opinion is my own so forgive my ignorance and/or lack of understanding. But my belief is….what if people with schizophrenia actually have a way to see and hear people/spirits/negative lower frequency beings beyond the veil. And these beings can see/sense people who are sensitive to such things, but they’ve never learned or have been educated about their “gift” and so it makes them vulnerable to these beings and they become targets of ongoing harassment. They are caught between two realities because they can see and hear beyond the veil, but these beings know these people aren’t aware of that and they push them towards insanity and we label them as schizophrenic. I think this condition is deeper than people realize.
