I talk to myself all the time and honestly I'm ashamed when somebody stops me or see me while I'm talking. 😂😂

I love that you record your life with schizophrenia. People going through schizophrenia and see your videos feel like there's hope and know they are not alone. I do not have schizophrenia but I have anxiety which is not the same i know. But my point is that I wish when I first started going through the anxiety and panic attacks there were more resources and friendly and relatable people who openly shared. You're the true meaning of one day someone will hear your story and use it as a survival guide. All the best.

You are helping me understand so much better now. I don't know how to help my brother and he is schizophrenic. Thank you so much.

My mother took medicine every day of her life for this disease. I remember one time when her sister and family came to visit and her sister stole her medication. My mom had an episode where she woke me up in the middle of the night, took me in the kitchen in front of the sliding glass doors and had me lay in her lap ( i was around 9 or 10 years old at the time so you can imagine how increasingly scared i was getting it was totally uncharacteristic of her) anyway while she kept watch for the serial killer Charles Manson and his gang. She actually thought they were camped out across the river from us. And another time years and years later she had gone in for stomach surgery and somehow they got her meds wrong and she wound up not knowing she was at the hospital and what she was doing there. She thought they were trying to harm her. Its a scary disease. She had it and my brother was recently diagnosed with dementia so does that mean i will have one or the other?? Lord i hope not!

I'm going to buy one of your tshirts. You are courageous showing us how vulnerably sincere you want the world to learn. I was sheltered in ignorance unintentionally; it's just it never crossed my path or people hid it way too-too well that continually added to our blindness in plain sight.

I talk to myself and I’ve read published articles from licensed psychiatrist. It’s normal and healthy to to talk to yourself. I was diagnosed with NAS as a baby . Watching people like you be so open and not ashamed about their mental health gives me hope . I have clinical depression, GAD, paranoia, ADHD, and gods know what else . I was diagnosed for my mental health when I was 13 . That’s what I only remember being diagnosed with . I know I should see a psychiatrist. I’m terrified of going to a psychiatric hospital. I can’t afford and don’t have insurance to see a psychiatrist.

I'm so glad I found this channel and you have no idea how many lives you have touched, including mine. I can see myself in you and it's kinda like Deja Vu for me bc I've been in these situations. Obviously, these situations are not identical, especially. Again, I thank you so very much! I think of these videos as tools to educate the population and demolish the stigmas attached to this disease.

My great aunt had schizophrenia. She was a very sweet lady. She thought people were out to get her all the time. She had severe delusions. It was sad. She didn't take her meds. People made fun of her. So sad. Poor Aunt Pauline
