Tier 4 Oven Operator here. We always made sure the brownies were just right for the Meal Team 6 guys. If they weren't up to standard, General Mills would chew us out otherwise.

He hit it head on. In the Army everything is way more regimented, structured and more strict. You are forced to learn leader structure in the army vs the navy. You make to Team Leader, Weapons Squad Leader, Platoon Leader then Company Leader and you are tested each layer. I worked with the seals briefly Iraq in 2008 doing raids and my impression of them was that they were more like cowboys and did shit we could never get away with doing.
