TIP: Turn on MONO AUDIO before start cleaning, so equal sound will come in both speakers, otherwise you will struggle if Mono speaker is off.

i did the same thing and idk but somehow the alcohol damaged the whole earpiece, it sounded like a blown speaker, had it replaced for like 20 bucks but still…

I used 99% Isopropyl Alcohol in a dropper, Extra Soft toothbrush to clean my iPhone 11 ear speaker, and this 165Hz video. It works like new without any scratches.

You shouldn't put water or any liquid in your phone speaker. Don't do it, just used a old toothbrush and a needle. Gently go inside with the needle removing all the dirt .

Try absinthe min70% or Tatra Tea 72% alc /
If anything goes wrong at least you get proper cleanup inside
