No emotions. Yaaas!!! So true.... One of the other superb things I learnt from you - put out the work out gear the night before (for us morning birds). No waking up to think what I will wear.... It greatly reduces that window of debating with self whether to work out or not. Before I can think & my eyes are fully open, I'm already dressed. (It would be kinda foolish to undress without working out thereafter 😅)
