I've been watching many of your videos recently and the message that opened my mind the most is that you don't have to be motivated, to lose weight. You just need to be consistent. Thank you so much for your advice! So much of what you have to say has actually been around for a while but with all the new fads coming out, we start trying new stuff that doesn't work. It's great to hear that the basic methods still really are the best methods. You are such an incredible inspiration! I tell the girls at work about you when I'm having lunch. Today I had barbequed chicken strips (without sauce) and steamed broccoli with the Chinese 5 Spice. I bought the spice and steamed the broccoli just because of you. And you're right - it is very delicious! I hope to muster the courage one day to participate in your weigh-in Wednesdays. Thank you again for the time that you take to share with us your story and your advice! Much appreciated!
