am running Outlook 2019 on a new HP Laptop. I have followed ALL of the instructions regarding getting the sound alert, envelope icon in the taskbar, and the new e-mail pop-up. But I am not getting ANY of those when a new e-mail comes in. Is there something I am missing? Thanks much.

Sir, What if "Rule" has been set for specific recipients. After setting the rule the mail goes in specific folder in the Inbox for which notification pop up does not comes. Notification only comes when a general mail other than that recipient comes to Inbox. Does Outlook has a provision for sending pop up notification for mails which go to a specified folder for which rules are set? Please advise
