Wow. Thanks a lot man. I have been trying to do this since 8am and now it 11:29pm. I called Microsoft and spent over 30 mins on the phone and the rep was unable to do this. He missed a step. Great great.

my new computer is using 365 and when I click on the account I am not getting to the standard outlook setting screen to then click on the more settings screen. Can you advise where this might be?

It's not working I tried everything.. I deleted all the outlook documents in my pc unknowingly.. Now I redownload the outlook it's not working and I even re-upload windows 10 in my lap.. Still outlook shows problem with login to server.. I tried everything.. Even service people in my city don't know how to rectify this.. Pls help bro
