Hello...Is there another way if the PST file cannot be repaired with that tool?

ScanPST does not fix ost files. I run it and it says it successfully repaired it but if I run it a second, third, forth times and so on, it still says there are minor inconsistencies. Outlook 365 is unable to read them. Even after I recreate the user's profile and attempt to import (attach?) to them. I'm wondering if it's a size issue. They were rather large. (can't remember right off hand what the size was exactly. I'm on a different computer currently).

I'm using Acer Predator, it runs Windows 11, recently I have discovered a big problem in my laptop.
I use Wifi connection for Internet. But in my room my router's range dosent reach, so i use my Laptop's hotspot, it would just extends my range, also provides internet to both devices.
But recently, whenever I connect my phone to Laptop's hotspot, Internet on laptop stops working to 0kbs. It shows Internet connected but with 0kbs speed. I tried speed test websites and all, everywhere it would say server time out etc. And Internet on mobile works fine, only Laptop dosent have acces to internet after sharing its hotspot.
So please help me bro.

bro my laptop got broken so i opended and got the hardisk out and i turned that hard disk into an external hard drive
now i wanna know how can i recover my photoes and videos which were saved in bluestracks in my old laptop how will they appeare in external disk

I can't import an Outlook PST file many time trying by repair but still not ok

I repair with pstscan and after that i import file in outlook its removes all emails except 2week, how i can recover my old email. I have not taken backup also there was only one pst file

hiii there you are like an extinguisher!! you have made all kind of video which a normal person can have thanks for that but i am having a problem like when ever i try to copy something from my desktop to my other drives they say you will need to provide administer permission and then i have to allow it.. i cant understand why this is happening and when i tried some youtube video for havin administer access i dont have that option and my laptop is lagging too i have 24 gb of ram and 128 gb ssd and 1 tb hhd please help me out note my c drive is sdd and my other drive is hhd but earlier it was not happening earlier
