Are you in India here? The birds and car horns sound like it, reminds me of home even if not ❤️✨

I recently quit drinking energy drinks and taking in loads of sugar and slowed down on my video games. I instantly started to have “heart palpitations” and “breathing problems” but it turned out it was my mind that was spiraling out of control from no longer being able to bury the traumas in my life by things around me. I’ve always been an over thinker and that’s what I’m truly powerless over! meditation takes it all away and gives you a different perspective this is the one that was sent to me.I’m a 32 year older male that’s cried more over the last few days than I have in most of my adult life. Just breathing through the anxiety has released a lot. I’m just putting my bit on here in case someone else gets peace from it

I have had a physically active day today. Time to sit but I still had the list of things to do.... waiting in the car for my son to pick up some groceries from the shops. He is learning to drive so this is an excuse to give him a sense of purpose and achievement in his day. I felt very depleted so I did this lovely meditation. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, your wisdom and your heart. I am growing everyday because of your yoga sessions and all you have shared on YouTube. 🙏🌼

Thank you! I used to be super extremely inward. But somehow “forgot” how to meditate through distracting myself and being resistant.
This video shall be my re-introduction to shelter-from-the-storm practice and become above-the-battleground.

Thank you Tommy. I listened to your conference last weekend and was amazed how relevant and needed it is in my life. Is the first segment here on youtube?

This has helped me tremendously. THANK YOU. Does anyone have guidance on hold long the inhale and exhale should be or does it matter? I seem to breath much shorter than what it seems Tommy is instructing.
