Cool Koala is an app of fun, imaginative and engaging bedtime meditations for kids between the ages of 5 and 10. These meditations do so much more than just help kids fall asleep! They teach children the skills needed for a life of happiness, peace and well-being.

Each night of the week a new meditation helps improve self-regulation and increases emotional well-being.

Ryan’s Bio
Ryan lives in Exeter, New Hampshire with his wife and their two young boys. He is an internationally known music therapist, Billboard Chart Topping recording artist, and ChildLight Yoga® & Mindfulness Instructor. Ryan has a master’s degree in music therapy and counseling psychology from Naropa University, one of the top contemplative education schools in the country. He has a private practice and has been helping kids find fun ways to relax and de-stress for more than 20 years.
