He is explaining good technique to help reduce injury. Not everyone is the same so minor adjustments will be made, but don't bash him because he is describing before preforming.

I have been following Scott for years now, he has great form. Some of the Best and proper form I've seen in all lifts, especially compound movements.

Really great form... popping through with the hip flexors at the very end. I'm trying to make front squats a part of my routine to get stronger in the hip flexors in order to improve my back squats.

Good form. Can't wait to try it. I normally stick with the basic squat but I really want to add the front squat to build more muscle, plus to break the routine of doing the same thing over and over.

Hey Scott, I've tried this exercise a few times before and I know my form is fine, but my wrists always hurt afterward from having the weight of the bar on them in that position. Is there any way to take the pressure off my wrists?

Just started this yesterday...definitely will take some getting use to. Had the issue of the bar being too close the neck it felt like. Also, uncomfortable on the wrists.

I just started doing squats again after not doing them for over a year and I realized I prefer front squats over back squats any day. I hate back squats, my back starts hurting and I don't feel like I have as much stability. Good video scott.

I've been so intimidated to try front squats because almost everyone at my gym only does low bar and the form just seemed so awkward to me. Definitely gonna try front squats light to get the form down so I can progress and compliment my high bar squat. Really glad for this video, quick with great explanations and example
