I wash mines before cutting...and pick them bc the green worms may be on them.
Soak in baking soda and salt. ❤❤

I know my🎉 suppose to be momma Bertha used to de-stem them and de-vien them chop them up and and soak them over overnight in white vinegar then next day rinse really good and cook them with almonds or smoked turkey wing or leg.

Collards are easy it's the Turnip and Mustard which are why those who are afraid of bugs never have to have greens😂

WHY DO PEOPLE THINK GREENS ARE CLEAN WITH ONLY TWO WASHING!! 4 TO 5 TIMES OR 6 IT THE NORM TO GET ALL THE GRITS AND SAND !!OUT OF THEM!! 😢 BABY FEEL THE BOTTOM OF THE SINK!!

I clean mines the same way, but I have too much greens so the sink it is. And before yall come for me, if you clean your sink out properly everyday, before you clean them as well and after then what is the problem? My grandma and mama cleaned them in the kitchen sink.
