How to Clean and Prepare Collard Greens!

This is the way we did this back in the day, before the stores started caring them in bags already cut up, or in the meat market shred in bags on top of the meat counter, the problem with the greens in the grocery stores and meat market, is the stems.Thanks for the memories.

Great. I use a store brought clean aluminum pan because I don't want anything in my sink even though it's clean. No residuals from cleaning chemicals.
