Just made greens for the first time. Looked at their stems and realized this was a skill that I needed to learn from someone’s educated momma. You were my momma for 29 mins and I just wanted to say thank you ❤

I'm only 22 seconds into this video, and I've never been so excited to cook collard greens in my life!

Lawd it was just like having my auntie back... she showed me how to fry chicken, cook fresh green beans, Mississippi pot roast, cabbage soup, you name it. She passed about 8 years ago, and I needed her to show me how to clean em again, and she sent me you. Love your energy and you sound just like Auntie Rashawnda <3

To everyone saying she’s too slow, that’s because you’re not watching her while actually doing it. This video is more the style where you have everything in front of you and follow along and it feels like she’s in the kitchen cooking with you and talking to you/guiding you

Just harvested a nice bunch of home grown collards and turnip greens but didn’t have the energy to cook them today. I came to YouTube and discovered you. Thank you for being here and sharing your knowledge🙏🏼

Thank you for this video. Bleaching left my greens tasteless. Will use your method and vacuum seal.

I clean collard and kale with cold salt water 👍🏽. I’ve heard of folks using baking soda and everything to clean greens. Thanks for the video.
