You can also cook the meat while cooking the greens. Everything together. That's how we grew up cooking.

Y'all kill me with that adding sugar. Must be a southern thing. Don't put no sugar in none of my greens please!! Otherwise yo greens look good. Neck bones for me. Didn't use turkey back in the day, I ain't using none now. Neck bones or ham hocks. Yum 😋

The way I make my collar greens are ham, hocks, pineapple juice, and brown sugar, onions & orange peels and that’s it and it turns out wonderful. I prefer my collar greens to be sweet, not savory

Those aren't the best. You have to have a world contest on making collard greens. And just by watching this, theyight taste good but not better than mines. So yeah they are not the best.
