Many people talks about collagen and moisturize. No one talks about bone loss. Thank you

It would be great if you could do a follow up video on procedures to help address facial aging due to bone loss. Thanks!

I remember a couple years watching a plastic surgeon on YouTube and he said how bone loss is a major cause for skin sagging and aging and how even plastic surgery couldn't really do much but he did recommend to starting taking vitamin k2 to strengthen bones for the face. I wonder what the studies are for that

SO WHAT CAN WE DO??? Is there another video to further give hope now that we know?? Share what we can do, please! Please talk about collagen, fat transfer to face, taking vit K2, etc. 🙏🙏🙏

Excellent, this is exactly the issue with aging, I see it in my face

This facial bone loss (and dental issues!) can also be a red flag for Osteopenia/Osteoporosis screening. Important to get those bone density tests and vitamin D levels.

Hormone replacement preserves bones in women who have either gone through menopause, whether surgical or naturally. Out hormones are extremely important to retain both bone and brain health. I don't know why it isn't talked about more often.

This is great information. I'm 59 and really getting discouraged by facial changes. The bone loss is often over looked in considering what is happening to your face.

This is so helpful when you don't know what's happening to your face after 60. Thank you ❤️

This is so depressing that it’s actually funny. It’s so bad! But honestly, I’m 64 and I’m still here. That’s to be celebrated, shrunken face or no shrunken face.

Thank you for yet another fascinating topic. You have the most diverse content of any dermatologist on YT.

You are a genius! Thank you for always preparing and sharing the most interesting information, Dr. Dray! I am an aesthetic teacher, and I always tell my students to follow you.

Thank you Dr Dray. This is very informative because I always had the impression that other channels discuss the changes in skin tissues more but never address the issues with the “scaffold” which leads to the sagging that is very much noticeable with age

I watch all of your videos, and this is the only one that you have ever done that has totally depressed me🤣

You look absolutely beautiful in this video. Your skin, eyelashes, and hair are radiant. Thank you for this (somewhat depressing but helpful) information. Great video.

This was incredibly interesting. I have never even considered facial bone loss. Ahhh well. Just another side effect of getting “wiser”. Thanks for another informative video. Happy Wednesday, Dr Dray! Hope you have a beautiful evening. 🧡

I think bone loss makes people look older than any wrinkles or fine lines. A 23 year old with lots of fine lines and some wrinkles still looks younger than a 45 year old with very little or no fine lines/wrinkles. Tretinoin will only do so much.

Wow, never knew how much the bones changed over time. Kind of scary lol! I wish we could all be young and healthy forever 😭.

Aww! The passage of time and it’s effects on our bodies! Choosing not to be depressed over the factual info presented here, but BLESSED that I’m still here! Made it through the last two years of the pandemic when so many did not. Still here! That’s reason to celebrate as a 60 something individual!!! Thankful. Simply thankful. No matter what I look like. 😉
