I like the idea of a clean slate tremendously. Sometimes I have a sense of this state of being, but unsure about how to access or if it was real.

When you teach I didn't realize that we should get out of our heads completely when I get the insight that we should get out of our head completely I feel liberated. and it doesnt mean we quit thinking

Do you think therapy is beneficial for this? What is so hard is that there is this expectation or thought to "just stop doing XYZ" and boom, everything is magically going to be better, and you will be free of shame and guilt, and all that.
