Hi. re eyelid spasm, at 1:30min you say it's usually essential, meaning BEB. Is it sometimes secondary and how would you know the difference and would you need to image secondary blepharospasm?
Or is it safe to assume that any kind of eyelid spasm is benign / nonpathological and therefore there is never a need to image?
