Hives: What Happens Inside Your Body 😮 #shorts #urticaria - Creativelearning3d

Ever had those red, itchy bumps suddenly show up on your skin? Those are hives! When your body reacts to something like stress or allergies, it releases histamine from your cells. This causes your blood vessels to expand and leak fluid, which creates the swelling under your skin. Your nerves also kick in, sending signals to your brain that make you feel itchy.

Hives can be triggered by different things—food, stress, or even the weather. The good news? They usually disappear on their own!

I got hives once as a kid and to this day I still have no idea what caused it. It was the most intense itching I've ever felt. It was so sharp that my hand reflexively scratched on its own.

I used to have those in the morning after cognac. Thank god, I quit alcohol

That makes sense. I don't have any allergies, must be stress.

I suffered from hives for 8 years.
Only summer season was a relief because skin doesn't dry.
Coincidently it started the year when i drank alcohol for the first time and i only drank occasionally down the years.
I suspect it was a combination of alcohol, my sweet tooth and poor dietary practices.
I was able to cure myself only after i did regular exercise, controlled my diet(less carb) and almost gave up sugar and gave up alcohol entirely, all that for over a year.

I have got chronic urticaria post covid vaccination. Yes, it was found to be a side effect of the vaccine in few cases, unfortunately I was one of them. I can't live without antihistamines now, my entire body turns red n the itching is unbearable.

I use to itch and get " the hives" when I was a kid and in my teens. My mom thought I was allergic to something and tried to target what it might be by eliminating things out of my diet. I was a highly anxious child and extremely depressed in my teens. Looking back I think my hives came from stress which they didn't realize in the 70s.

I got hives due to over medication almost all over my body. That was such an awful part of my life. But exercising daily helped me since it excretes out sweat and unnecessary toxins from our body . And lastly drinking lots of water.I hope this helps .

Recently diagnosed with Idiopathic Uticaria. My body produces histamines when it experiences a change in temperature, so when I get hot I get hives and a rash. I'm on 3 different prescribed antihistamines and I'm still itchy

I googled it. It happens to those where mosquitoes frequently live. It's some type of other bacteria causing illness leading to those bumps/sores apart from malaria.

I have a fever but refused to see a doctor. Then suddenly, rashes appeared all over my body, arms, and legs, as if it was a signal that my body was struggling. So, I rushed to the hospital immediately. The test results showed that I had a rare type of pneumonia and was admitted to the hospital for14 days.

I used to get heat hives whenever I felt hot. It would always start as a bump that looked like I was bitten by a spider or something. Then when I scratch it, it would keep spreading, widening in size and bringing more similar bumps around the area. If it occured on my forearm, it could spread until it covered my whole forearm. Putting something cold always helped with the itch and reduced the size, even making it disappear. The worst is when it would start on my back.

I suffer from heat urticaria as an allergy, and when I experienced a flare-up during the Covid pandemic, my mom mistook it for severe Covid symptoms. 😬
