1 rotisserie chicken
2 smoked Turkey wings
8 cups chicken broth
1 cup diced carrots, onion, celery
1 cup washed rice
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp garlic
Ap seasoning, red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Italian paste
1/4 cup heavy cream

My hacks: Made the broth using the carcass of the chicken with one bay leaf. Used 1 russet potato as well cuz why the hell not? Didn't have smoked turkey, so I added about 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning (didn't have Italian paste) to the veggies before deglazing with about 1/2 c white wine. Used 1 cup pearl rice. Great overall recipe.

Ok, here's the result delicious. I made it the way you showed us. The only thingbi didn't add was the rice. I made on the side and let my family decide if rice or noodles. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your honesty in providing your recipe
