Can't be done. Get a flip phone for calls and texts and nothing else. Get an iPad for everything else, and keep it at home, mostly.

Hey Daniel :) Hope you're doing great. Just getting ready to watch this. Just a quick heads up. There's a typo in your title. "Form" meant to be "From". :) This video will be useful to me. I was walking down at the beach last week. And I keep my iPhone in a zippered compartent of a small pack I carry around. And when I left the beach and arrived at a grocery store when I went to retrieve my wallet I saw the zippered compartment for my iPhone was unzipped with no phone and I thought my iPhone had fallen out at the beach while I was walking. I was shocked! Oh I have a rather expensive 1TB iPhone 13 Pro Max. Well a few minutes later after I rushed to check out and was headed back to the beach to possibly find my iPhone I discovered it was in a different compartment of my pack. Was I ever relieved! But it made me think about what I could do if I did lose it and I called Apple about this. Looking forward to your video. :)

Once you use shortcuts to lock an app, an experienced thief trying to launch the app may realize your trick and may simply go to shortcuts and delete your lock.

Is it possible to lock shortcuts itself in this way?

Kinda silly well the shortcut bit is kinda silly. If they have your passcode to get in the first time when it locks when they click an app they just have to type the same passcode again…
