Hey!! Where's the whole thing? I've been sleeping in very hard bed (like literally hard) fod a long time (20 yrs now). It helped my stiffness from my ankylosing spondylitis condition. But I've been thinking, that shouldn't be the solution..i should make myself resilience for sleeping on a surface that doesn't passively tension my back muscles. Much of my education has been from Kelly over the last 7 years. Wish I could have a long conversation with the man (and his secretary Juliet, sure).
