I'm here trying to do all of these things as a guy, because I know getting older sucks.

I'm still young, yet, all the things I were capable of doing before are slowly fading away from me. I won't sit back & watch myself become immobile.

Slowly, but surely, I'm regaining all that I once had as a child. 😤👍

I DID A BACKBEND WITH 30 MIN WITH PRACTICE❤🎉🎉
THIS IS HOW I DID IT:-
1.Make sure to warm up, full body warmup will help.
2.Get on your knees and try to hold you leg with you hands by putting your hands like in a backbend.
3.If you can't do it then Sit with your lap joined hold something with hands and push your head back.PRACTICE THIS THING FOR SURE! But if you can do the 2nd step than sit in the same position as the 2nd step and put your hands in a backbend position but yours hand should touch the ground, if you can't than put your hands a little back on ground.
4.Try to get down witb the help of a wall.
5.Fall into a backbend with higher surface, slowly lower the sureface till you reach the ground.
6.If you can do the 5th step then go for a backbend on couch.
7.If you did a backbend on couch just trust yourself and do it on floor or mat.

As someone who takes cheer and got their backbend in less than a month, here’s how I got it which is pretty simple but may not work for everyone


Get a mat or some pillows with a chair behind it to make it stable for your weight. Example:2-3 pillows or a mat that reaches up to ur kneecaps or smth and do ur backbend and land ur arms on the pillow or mat and once u do that for a week or a couple of days then remove a pillow or try to do it on the floor :)!
