I made a great lemon and lime curd. I added some poppy seeds too. I like to try something different but I used this as a basic recipe. It turned out great. Next time I am going to make a lime or fruit curd and see what happens.

I love using Lemon Curd and refuse to buy it- have used various recipes over the years. - it IS easier than one thinks just as making cheesecake is.
