the BEST products i used to rid my back acne were PanOxyl cleanser and Stridex wipes... absolutely amazing! i could see it getting better within weeks. i still use stridex on my back once in a while
ETA: It's the Panoxyl foaming wash I used!

I got rid of acne on my back and chest when I stopped using silicones (especially dimethicone) in my hair conditioner and mask!

Best thing is to buy a BHA toner and put it in a spray bottle if you can't reach your back to put on a lotion, works wonders and is so easy to spray over the back/big area 😊

Benzoyl peroxide works like a charm really clears up your skin to perfection I never seen anything better for body acne. Unless you're on some sort of prescribed medication.

Not kidding I use Lush Mask of Magnanimity as a scrub in the shower, works great. Also, rinse your hair conditioner out before washing your back, the conditioner gunk clogs pores.

guys i had really deep bad back acne and benzoyl peroxide was the only thing to help me!! i used 5% and it was the ONLY thing to give me relief but the other things he mentioned are definitely helpful as old towels and sheets can exacerbate the issue !!
