Still isn't working after following these steps. I contacted support and they said Studios One 4 is no longer supported and that I have to upgrade. So I bought the upgrade to Studio One 6 and the exact same problem is happening. Support were terrible and gave a short cba style reply, twice, to the issue. They had no interest in helping me. Waiting for a refund for a DAW that doesn't work. Shame really because the DAW is decent usually.

Cool. Need to try this. I get long save times whenever i record multiple layers of midi. Don’t matter what instrument but often happens on drums for me since i always end up with 20+ layers for every mic/drum, because i’m a bad drummer... Support claimed to have never heard of the issue but it’s been pretty consistant since v3 across 4 different macs (all new installs.)
Also happens when melodyne is on a layer later recorded over, so the melodyne assigned track ends up on a lower layer. S1 goes bananas 9/10 times and always has. Also reported long ago…

strange, my right click option has recent versions, show in explorer and remove from recent files list. can't get to the option mentioned here,

Hi guys, i have some serious problem;in the middle of the project 2 times StudioOne gave error. I have Macbook Pro 2019 Monterey.And this problem drive me to Ableton really. I’m so sad.After i start the daw again, i can’t see the project again althought i already saved the project!!! :/

You forget that a song has to open first before it is listed in the Recent File menuand you can right-click on it from there. How do you get the song in the Recent File menu if it doesnt open, so its possible to right-click on it and get these options?

Ver. 6.6.1 is a crash nightmare. Prev. ver was stable. It's NOT most of the plugins. It's Studio One.
